The common problem of anchor bricks
The common problem of anchor bricks in use is fracture. Clay refractory bricks for folding hot blast stove
Clay bricks for hot blast stoves are made of refractory clay and used to build clay bricks for blast furnaces. Clay bricks for hot blast stoves are used in hot blast stoves, regenerators and partition walls. Clay bricks for hot blast stoves require good thermal shock resistance, high load softening temperature and low creep.
China Metallurgical Standards (YB/T 5107-1993) classifies clay refractory bricks for hot blast stoves into three grades: RN-42, RN-40 and RN-36 according to physical and chemical indicators.
The physical and chemical indicators and allowable deviations of dimensions are as follows:
(1) When the spall width is not greater than 0.25mm, the length is not limited;
(2) When the spall width is 0.26~0.50mm, the length is not more than 30mm;
(3) When the spall width is greater than 0.50mm, it is unqualified.
Large clay refractory bricks for folding glass kiln
Large-scale clay refractory bricks for glass kilns are clay refractory bricks with a unit weight of not less than 50kg for masonry glass kilns. China Metallurgical Standard (YB/T 5108-1993) stipulates the physical and chemical indexes, allowable size deviation and appearance of large clay refractory bricks for glass kilns. This standard also makes the following provisions for the section cracking of bricks:
The cross-section of the brick is cracked:
1) Bricks with length ≤ 400mm: when the spall width is 0.26~0.50mm, the length is not more than 40mm; when the spall width is 0.51~lmm, the length is not more than 25mm.
2) Bricks with a length> 400mm: the spall width is 0.26, and the length is not more than 80mm when the spall width is 0.50mm; when the spall width is 0.51~1mm, the length is not more than 50mm.
For cracks with a spall width of less than 0.25mm, the length is not limited.
(3) There shall be no pores or cracks larger than 1mm on the section.

Light Weight High Alumina Poly Ball Insulation Refractory Brick For Furnace
Light Weight high alumina poly ball insulation refractory bricks usually use high alumina bauxite clinker and a small amount of clay, after being finely ground, they are cast in the form of mud by gas generation method or foam method, and fired at 1300-1500°C. Sometimes industrial alumina can be used to replace part of bauxite clinker.
Using high alumina bauxite powder and refractory clay as the main raw materials, adding combustible additives, ramming, pouring or extrusion molding, drying and high temperature tunnel kiln firing. The product has small bulk density, high compressive strength, and low thermal conductivity.
Light Weight high alumina poly ball insulation refractory brick is used for the lining and heat insulation layer of masonry kilns, as well as the parts that are not corroded and scoured by strong high-temperature molten materials. When in direct contact with the flame, the surface contact temperature shall not be higher than 1350℃.

Method Of Hanging Anchor Bricks On The Top Of Heating Furnace
The first method is the trough anchoring brick hanging form. The structure and masonry of the hanging bricks are relatively simple, and the replacement is also convenient. In order to avoid the high temperature of the I-beam hanging by the anchoring brick, the upper surface of the anchoring brick is not allowed to lay a thermal insulation layer, so the heat dissipation of the furnace top is large.

What is nozzle brick
Nozzle brick refers to the refractory steel water outlet inlaid in the base brick at the bottom of the ladle. When not pouring, the nozzle brick and the plug brick are in line contact to ensure that there is no leakage of steel. The upper mouth of the nozzle brick is arc-shaped, so that it can open and close the nozzle and reduce the resistance to the flow of molten steel. The lower section is a straight section to stabilize the flow. When the capacity of the steel drum is constant, the inner diameter of the nozzle brick directly affects the pouring speed.
Depending on the volume of the ladle, the pouring method and the steel type, the nozzle diameter can be in the range of 20 to 120 mm. The nozzle bricks can be installed from the inside or outside of the ladle. Nozzle bricks can be made of clay, high alumina, magnesia, magnesia chromium and zirconium. The burner brick is part of the industrial fuel furnace with the combustion device, it is also called burner or fire nozzle. It usually refers to the body part of the combustion device, there are fuel inlet, air inlet and jet hole, play a distribution of fuel and combustion air and in a certain way after the role of combustion.
There are different materials for burner block, including chromium corundum, corundum mullite, high aluminum mullite, clay, silicon carbide and so on, to satisfying the requirements of different use temperatures.
Application: The burner blocks are suitable for all kinds of industrial furnaces and heat accumulating type heating kilns.
Sized or shape: Customized according to customer's requirements or drawings.

1. Heat the fuel in the burner block to the ignition temperature to facilitate ignition and rapid combustion.

The product features: high alumina bricks for steel making is made from special grade of bauxite as main raw material, added with little amount of white fused alumina and a alumina powder, shaped by high pressure and sintered at high temperature. The main mineral constituent includes mullite and corundum, with excellent high temperature physical performance and chemical erosion resistance.
The shape and size of the nozzle bricks are closely matched with the combustion device.
The fuel nozzles and gas burners that have been shaped generally have matching nozzle bricks. When designing a new nozzle brick, first of all, it should be noted that the size and shape should be suitable for the flow of the mixed gas or the atomization angle of the fuel injection. If the opening angle of the nozzle brick is too small, it will be damaged by excessive scouring of the air flow. For fuel nozzles, oil mist will also be sprayed on the nozzles, causing carbon deposits to narrow or even block the passages: excessive opening angle will make ignition difficult, and it is easy to cause unstable combustion.
In order to facilitate production, construction and replacement, the quality of each nozzle brick should not be too large, and the nozzle bricks that are too large can be divided into 2 or 4 pieces.
