Description of High Aluminium Hanging Brick

Method Of Hanging Anchor Bricks On The Top Of Heating Furnace
The first method is the trough anchoring brick hanging form. The structure and masonry of the hanging bricks are relatively simple, and the replacement is also convenient. In order to avoid the high temperature of the I-beam hanging by the anchoring brick, the upper surface of the anchoring brick is not allowed to lay a thermal insulation layer, so the heat dissipation of the furnace top is large.
The second method is the hanging form of anchoring bricks with wrong teeth and seams. Its advantages are that the integrity of the mutual occlusion is good, and the sealing performance is also good, and individual bricks will not fall even if they are broken. The disadvantage is that the brick shape is complex, the tolerance requirements are strict, and the masonry is difficult. Insulation layer should not be laid on the upper surface of the furnace roof anchoring brick of this structure.
The third method is to use the strong hanging type anchor to hang the brick furnace roof. Each anchor brick of this structure has a clip hook and a hanger rod. Since the metal clips are hooked outside the masonry, a thermal insulation layer can be applied on part of the surface of the anchor bricks, and the heat dissipation loss of the furnace roof of this structure is less than the previous two. However, this kind of structure is only suitable for hanging the furnace roof with little inclination and level, and special treatment is required for large inclination and turning.
The fourth method is to suspend the ceiling with refractory plastic anchoring bricks, and suspend the furnace roof on the steel structure by hanging the anchoring bricks buried in the plastic. This kind of ceiling can lay a large area of thermal insulation layer, and the sealing performance is also very good, but it needs formwork support during construction.
