The combination of long spun fibers and needling operation produce tough, resilient and strong blankets, which resist tearing both before and after heating.
Ceramic fiber blanket is completely inorganic and available in a variety of temperature grades, densities, and sizes. Ceramic fiber blanket can be folded, compressed and encapsulated to produce module.

Ceramic fiber blanket, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket, is called ceramic fiber blanket because one of its main components is alumina, and alumina is the main component of porcelain. Ceramic fiber blankets are mainly divided into ceramic fiber blowing blankets and ceramic fiber spinning blankets. Ceramic fiber spinning blankets are better than ceramic fiber blowing blankets in terms of thermal insulation performance due to long fiber filaments and low thermal conductivity. Ceramic fiber spinning blankets are used in the construction of most insulation pipelines.
The color is white, the size is regular, and it integrates fire resistance, heat insulation and heat preservation. Does not contain any binding agent. It can still maintain good tensile strength, toughness and fiber structure when used for a long time in a neutral and oxidizing atmosphere. The temperature resistance is 950-1400℃.

Ceramic fiber blanket is made of high quality alumina-silicate ceramic fiber by using double side needle method, which does not contain any binding agent or other ingredients, improves the degree of interweave about fiber and the performance of delamination resisting about the blanket, and makes this blanket possess excellent tensile strength when its soft does not affected. Ceramic fiber blanket has excellent chemical stability, it is not corroded by most of chemicals except hydrofluoric acid, phosphoric acid and strong base.

TYPICAL FEATURES:
It is a kind of aluminate cement wrought material based upon calcium aluminate, it is called Aluminate cement when it has been finegrinded to hydraulicity cementing material, its code is CA. When the cement has a grinded Al2O3 content of above 68%, it can be added with appropriate amount of α-Al2O3 powder as requirement.Aluminate cement can be classified into four kinds by Al2O3 content:CA-50, CA-50/A600, CA-50/A700, CA-50/A900, CA-70,CA-80It can be used to formulate unshape refractory material; expansive cement, self-stressing cement, addition material of chemical construction material and projects with special requirements.

castable refractory cement are refractory castables produced by using high-alumina raw materials as aggregates and powders and adding binders. castable refractory cement have high mechanical strength and good thermal shock resistance and abrasion resistance. They are mainly used as linings for boilers, blast furnace hot blast stoves, heating furnaces, ceramic kilns and other kilns.

(1) The amount of cement is low, and the calcium content in the castable is only 1/4-1/3 of the traditional refractory castable. Therefore, the number of low-melting phases in low-cement castables is reduced, so that the high-temperature performance is significantly improved;
(2) The water consumption for construction is low, generally 6-7% of the weight of the castable, so it has high density and low porosity;
(3) It not only has high normal temperature curing strength, but also does not decrease the strength after medium temperature and high temperature treatment, and the strength value is 3-5 times that of traditional refractory castables;

Feature of castable refractory cement:
1. Low cement content in the castable, that is, low calcium oxide content, reduces the generation of low-melting substances in the material, thereby improving the refractoriness, high-temperature strength and slag resistance of the product.
2. The mixing water consumption of the castable is only about half of that of the ordinary castable, so the compactness of the castable is improved and the porosity is reduced.
3. After molding and curing, the generated cement hydrate is less. During heating and baking, there is no leakage of a large amount of water, which reduces the medium temperature strength, and as the temperature rises, the material gradually sinters and the strength continues to increase.

Material and Technique
Zirconia corundum mullite refractory bricks(AZS bricks) are mainly for glass furnace. use special grade bauxite and zirconite concentrate as the raw materials, are produced by reaction bonded process, introducing ZrO2 into mullite matrix, are high grade refractories.
Applicatior
AZS bricks which have the features of properly sintered, porosity at normal levels, good high temperature strength and volume stability can be used for L-shaped suspended arch building in glass furnace.

AZS Fused Cast Blocks for glass melting furnaces/Electrofused zirconium corundum brick are applied for the top and bottom structure of melting chamber.Such as melting tank, the tank wall brick, the paving brick,the forehearths and so on.The high corrosion part shall be AZS 41#, such as the feeding part, the throat,the bubble brick, the furnace weir, the burner block, the tongue brick and the discharging part and so on.
Packaging & Shipping
AZS Fused Cast Blocks for glass melting furnaces/Electrofused zirconium corundum brick are packaged with fumigated wooden pallet, using paper or non-woven fabrics between layers separated,plastic shrink film protected outside.finally using straps. Or as your requirements.

Delivery: 15-30 days working day for large quantity. The shipment we will arrange as soon as possible. Of course, if it is a custom products, the shipping time will delay. Sample: Usually by EMS, DHL, UPS, TNT, FedEx. Anyway you like. Bulk order: Usually by sea.Payment: It can be through T/T, L/C at sight.
