Clay Brick, clay brick mainly mullite (25% ~ 50%) and cristobalite and quartz (up to 30%) composition. Usually, the hard clay is used as raw material to calcine the clinker in advance, and then the soft clay is used to calcine the brick at 1300 ~ 1400 °C. It is commonly used in blast furnace, hot blast furnace, heating furnace, power boiler, lime cellar, Rotary Cellar, ceramic and refractory brick firing cellar.

Crucible furnace alchemy operation process is as follows:
(1) Heat up and bake: slowly raise the furnace temperature and bake the crucible. The slow heating is to prevent the wet crucible from bursting due to sudden heating.
(2) Heating and feeding: When the temperature continues to rise to 800 °C, take out the crucible from the furnace, carefully add the stirred charge into it, and cover the upper part of the charge with a small amount of borax. When the charge in the crucible is melted, stop the oil and stop the air, add part of the charge wrapped in paper, and continue heating. Charges can be added multiple times.
(3) Melting: After the charge is added enough, it enters the full melting stage. Usually, a 20# crucible can melt 10-15 kg of gold mud at a time. It takes 1.5 hours to melt. Take it out, and quickly pour the melt into a squatting tank (a conical cast iron tank with a big mouth and a pointed bottom) to cool in layers, pour it out after condensation, and strike with a small hammer to separate the slag from the gold-silver alloy.
(4) Ingot casting: After smelting, all gold nuggets are concentrated for ingot casting.
Crucible smelting is mostly found in small mines, and is suitable for smelting gold placer, amalgam and gold-containing steel wool, and can also be used for smelting cyanide gold mud.

Magnesite chrome bricks to magnesium oxide (MgO) and chromium oxide (Cr2O3) as the main ingredient,periclase and spinel as main mineral components of refractory products.
1.Common Magnesite chrome brick is made by sintered magnesia and refractory level chrome ore as raw materials. The space between refractory grains is bonded with silicate.
2.Direct-bonded Magnesite chrome brick is made by chrome ore with low content of impurities and pure magnesite,firing at the temperature above 1700°C.
3.Semi-rebonded and Fuse-rebonded magnesite chrome brick are made by fused magnesite chrome sinter.

Product Description
Silica mullite Brick azm 1650 is a kind of fired brick with mullite (3al2o3.2sio2) and silicon carbide (SIC) as the main minerals. It has the advantages of high temperature resistance of mullite, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and good thermal conductivity of silicon carbide.

Description of use
Silica mullite1650 Brick for cement kiln transition zone
The temperature of the brick surface in the transition zone of cement rotary kiln is about 1 400 ℃. The temperature of the preheating zone and cooling zone is lower than that of the transition zone. That is, the burning zone is protected by the kiln skin, and the temperature of the brick surface is not high.
The starting temperature of brick softening under load is above 1500 ℃, especially the product structure is dense, composed of high-hardness minerals, corundum, silicon carbide, mullite, with particularly good wear resistance, Silica mullite Brick azm 1650 is an ideal type of brick for the transition zone.
Compressive strength and load softening temperature are obviously higher than that of anti-stripping high alumina bricks. Its thermal shock stability, corrosion resistance, wear resistance, and thermal conductivity are not high, which are required by the process characteristics of the post transition zone. The life span is 1.5-2 times that of the anti-stripping brick. Good wear resistance is more suitable for cooling belts. The service life can reach more than two years, which is 3-5 times longer than the service life of high alumina bricks. Now, according to the use conditions of different sections of the rotary kiln, different grades of silica bricks with different properties have been applied.
In addition, the thermal conductivity of Silica mullite Brick azm 1650 s is lower than that of alkaline products, so the thermal insulation effect of silicon-modified bricks is better. Silica mullite Brick azm 1650 s are used in the secondary firing zone, transition zone, preheating zone, kiln tail, tertiary air duct, calciner, etc. of large rotary kilns. Compared with alkaline bricks, the surface temperature of the cylinder body is lowered by more than 100 ℃.

Application of Chrome Corundum Brick
1.Chrome Corundum Brick is widely used in zinc smelting electric furnace, volatilizing kiln with excellent properties of thermal shock resistance and high-temperature creep.
2.Chrome Corundum Bricks are mainly used for lining of carbon soot furnace and copper smelting furnace, the skid rail molten pool of glass furnaces, and tapping platform of rolling mill furnace.
3.Chrome Corundum Bricks also can be used in highly stressed areas in contact with glass in melting tanks.
4.Chrome Corundum Brick is mainly used in areas that require high abrasion and temperature resistance, such as gliding rail bricks in steel pusher metallurgical furnaces, the tapping platform (tapping spout) style walking beam furnaces.

Phosphate combined high alumina brick is a kind of chemical combines high alumina refractory item, which is made by using a phosphoric acid solution or aluminum phosphate solution (aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, PA-80 glue, etc.) as a binder, bauxite clinker as aggregate, press molding, and then finished by firing in the 500-600C temperature. phosphate combined high alumina brick(referred to as phosphate brick) is With phosphoric acid solution and high-alumina brick combination; and wear-resistant phosphate combined high alumina brick (referred to as wear-resistant brick) is with aluminum phosphate solution and high-alumina brick combined together. Composite silicate board (magnesium) tube is a kind of insulation material among the big family of insulation materials, this kind of insulation material is roughly divided into two categories: one is the waterproof type, the other is the ordinary type.

The raw material for the production of composite silicate plate (magnesium) tube is high quality natural mineral magnesium silicate seafoam, in the addition of chemical additives such as dispersant, binder, penetrant, etc.. After pulp making, into the mould, shaping, drying, finished products, packaging and other processes, manufacturing. The structure is a combination of closed microporous structure and reticulated fibre structure. The composite silicate board has a soft texture, low density, low thermal conductivity, good waterproof performance (water repellent), good acid and alkali resistance, high operating temperature, non-toxic, non-corrosive, non-polluting, degradable, easy to construct, and is currently the more ideal insulation material in China.
The composite silicate sheet (magnesium) tube is suitable for a wide range of temperatures, between minus 40 degrees Celsius and minus 700 degrees Celsius. It is a Class A non-combustible material. The density of the composite silicate board (magnesium) tube ranges from 20 to 75 kg per cubic metre, the average longitudinal compressive strength is greater than or equal to 0.05 MPa and the pH value is between 7 and 8. The thermal conductivity of the composite silicate board ranges from 0.024 to 0.038 W/m.k. The water repellency and elasticity recovery rate are greater than or equal to 19.18 per cent.
The specifications of the composite silicate sheet are: plate, 1000 x 500 x 30-70 (mm); silicate tube shell, 1000 mm long, and silicate sheet for rolled tubes which are between 60 mm and 224 or 214 in width, and between 30 and 115 or 125 in wall thickness.

3. Heat-resistant time: composite silicate board insulation board with high thermal stability, can be used under 150 for a long time.
4. Good anti-corrosion and anti-aging properties: can be exposed to the sun for a long time, no obvious aging phenomenon. So good anti-aging properties.
5. Low density and extremely light weight: the condition of composite silicate board insulation board is under 80kg/m3 density, can reach about 50kg/m3. The construction is simple and quick, which improves the working efficiency.
6. Wide range of applicable temperatures: the strength of composite silicate board foam insulation board will not change due to temperature changes.
7. Excellent sound absorption performance: composite silicate board insulation board has good sound absorption performance.
