The combination of long spun fibers and needling operation produce tough, resilient and strong blankets, which resist tearing both before and after heating.
Ceramic fiber blanket is completely inorganic and available in a variety of temperature grades, densities, and sizes. Ceramic fiber blanket can be folded, compressed and encapsulated to produce module.

AZS series zirconia corundum refractory brick
Fused cast AZS refractory is also called fused cast brick which is abbreviated as AZS because it contains Al2O3-ZrO2-SiO2. Fused cast AZS block is made from pure alumina powder and Zircon sand (composed of 65% zirconia and 34% SiO2). After Alumina powder and zircon sand melting in electric furnace, they are cast into various molds and cool themselves down to become white solid. Because of the different content of Zirconia from 33%-41%, our fused cast AZS Bricks can be divided into three types AZS—33#,AZS—36# and AZS—41#.
Description of fused cast AZS refractory
Fused cast AZS 33# block has dense micro structure which ensures its great resistance in glass liquid, thus you don’t have to worry about the solidification and other problems. It is widely applied to glass furnace for superstructure, working pool side wall, paving blocks, feeder channels, tank bottoms, C-shaped block and doghouse crown,etc.

AZS fire brick use high purity zircon sand price, alumina bauxite ore price and silica as its raw refractory material. also can be used as fused cast skid rail block. In glass industry, glass furnace usually uses three kinds AZS refractory brick. AZS 33#, 36#, 41# based on the content of zircon. Different kind of brick has different usage in glass furnace.
Casting method of AZS refractory
HY: normal casting, cavity is located under the casting scar. we also call HY as RN/RC
QX: oriented casting, cavity is located at the rear bottom side. we also call QX as RO/LC/TC
ZWS: reinforced casting, reduced cavity and cavity located at the bottom of the block, we also call ZWS as RR/ EVF/EC
WS: total filing, the cavity zone is sawed off, so brick with this casting method has no cavity, we also call it RT/VF/EPIC

Application: The service temperature for Corundum Bricks goes up to 1800℃. 1.Made by flint clay clinker and binder,through Crushing,Mixing,Shaping,Drying and high temperature Sintering.
2.Al2O3 content is 30%-48%,SiO2 content is 50%-65%,and a small number of alkali metals,alkaline earthmetal oxides TiO2,Fe2O3 etc.
3.Mineral composition is usually mullite, quartz and glass phase.

Ceramic fiber blanket, also known as aluminum silicate fiber blanket, is called ceramic fiber blanket because one of its main components is alumina, and alumina is the main component of porcelain. Ceramic fiber blankets are mainly divided into ceramic fiber blowing blankets and ceramic fiber spinning blankets. Ceramic fiber spinning blankets are better than ceramic fiber blowing blankets in terms of thermal insulation performance due to long fiber filaments and low thermal conductivity. Introduction:
Jianai? CA50-A600 is a aluminate cement under the brand of Jianai?. As a hydraulic binder, its alumina content is about 50 %.
Because CA phase is the main mineral phase of CA50-A600 aluminate cement, CA50-A600 aluminate cement not only has reasonable and stable hydration properties,but also has rapid strength development and excellent mechanical strength.
Jianai? CA50-A600 refractory cementstrictly follows GB 201-2000 standard.Its chemical composition and physical properties meet or even exceed national standards.
By optimizing the production process, CA50-A600 refractory cement is not only suitable for a variety of amorphous refractory construction methods (such as casting, spraying), and meet a variety of gating formula systems (e.g., traditional cement combined pouring (CC), medium cement combined pouring (MCC) and low cement combined castable (LCC) requirements for construction performance.
Jianai? CA50-A600 refractory cement does not contain any additives to ensure its adaptability and stability in terminal products.
● Chemical composition: according to GB/T 205-2008 (except total sulfur and chlorine);
● Specific surface area: GB/T 8074;
● fineness: according to GB/T 1345, use a sieve with a hole size of 0.045mm;
● Setting time: according to Appendix A in GB 201-2000;
● Strength: according to the modified provisions in GB/T 17671 and GB 201-2000.

Package:
1. This series of products adopt cement packing bags in accordance with GB9774 loading,each bag weighs 50 kg;
2. 2 ton on pallet with plastic film;
3. Other packing forms and single weight may be determined by the parties through negotiation.
Transportion & Storage:
In the process of transportation and storage of aluminate cement, special attention should be paid to moistureproof, so as not to affect the product performance;
Aluminate cement in the process of transportation, storage and use, to avoid other types of cement (such as Portland cement, etc.) and harmful impurities (such as Lime, etc.) contact;
As a hydraulic binder, the Jianai? CA50-A600 furnace cement must be stored in a dry environment and removed from contact with the ground. A lot of customer experience has shown that in good storage conditions, the Jianai? CA50-A600 furnace cement can ensure its performance does not degrade for at least 3 months;
In the process of using aluminate cement, the mixing water should be pure, so as to avoid the possible harmful impurities affecting the product performance.
