Intorduction:
Magnesite chrome bricks are magnesium oxide (MgO) and chromium oxide (Cr2O3) as the main ingredient, periclase and spinel as main mineral components of refractory products.
1.Common Magnesite chrome brick is made by sintered magnesia and refractory level chrome ore as raw materials. The space between refractory grains is bonded with silicate.
2.Direct-bonded Magnesite chrome brick is made by chrome ore with low content of impurities and pure magnesite,firing at the temperature above 1700°C.
3.Semi-rebonded and Fuse-rebonded magnesite chrome brick are made by fused magnesite chrome sinter.

1. Low bulk density, low thermal conductivity, good thermal insulation performance;

Product Description
Material and Technique
12% 16% Cr2O3 lower porosity direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks for cement rotary kiln use high purity sintered magnesia and chromium concentrate as main raw materials, manufactured by sintering at high temperature or ultra-high temperature.
In order to form direct bonded, the SiO2 content in raw materials is best to low, and that the sintering temperature must be raised to about 1700℃.
Properties
Direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks have the advantages of less impurities, lower porosity, high strength, strong abrasion resistance, high corrosion resistance, high thermal shock-resistance and good anti-stripping capacity.
Application
Refractory direct bonded magnesia chrome bricks can be used for linings of cement rotary kiln such as transition zone, burning zone and calcining zone in the new dry cement production line.

Introduction:
Phosphate alumina brick is a kind of chemical combines high alumina refractory item, which is made by using a phosphoric acid solution or aluminum phosphate solution (aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, PA-80 glue, etc.) as a binder, bauxite clinker as aggregate, press molding, and then finished by firing in the 500-600℃ temperature.
Phosphate bonded high alumina brick (referred to as phosphate refractory brick) is with phosphoric acid solution and high-alumina brick combination;
Phosphate wear-resistant bonded high alumina brick (referred to as phosphate wear-resistant brick) is with aluminum phosphate solution and high-alumina brick combined together.
Phosphate wear-resistant brick is made by a special process and the use of chemical additives based on ordinary phosphate bonded high alumina brick, with improved wear resistance and load softening temperature. The refractoriness of alumina refractory bricks is higher than that of clay bricks and semi-silica bricks, at 1750℃ -1790℃, which belong to advanced refractory materials.

It has high AI203, less impurities and less fusible glass bodies , the load softening temperature is higher than that of clay bricks
3. Good Slag resistance
High alumina refractory brick contain more Al203 , which is close to neutral refractory materials , and it can resist the erosion of acidic slag and alkaline.
