Crucible furnace alchemy is carried out in a crucible furnace. The crucible furnace is made of ordinary clay refractory bricks, in the shape of a cone, the diameter of the upper part is smaller than that of the bottom, the bottom of the furnace is paved with 2-3 layers of refractory bricks with staggered joints, and the brick joints are made of refractory mud. The furnace shell is made of 3mm steel plate. The furnace lining is refractory brick masonry. Fill with asbestos ash or diatomaceous earth between the inner lining and the furnace shell. The top of the furnace is compressed with refractory bricks to ensure the temperature in the furnace. Fuels are usually heavy oil, diesel and gas, which are supplied from the side of the furnace. Without the above conditions, a coke oven can be used instead.
