Low Cement Refractory Castable refer to castables with CaO content less than 2.5%, that is, castables with calcium aluminate cement adding about 1/2~1/3 of ordinary calcium aluminate cement castables.Low cement refractory castables can be divided into three kinds: rigid jade, high aluminum and mullite. They have the characteristics of high density, low porosity, scour resistance and heat shock resistance.Low cement refractory castables is mainly used for carbon furnace, baking furnace, heating boiler, glass furnace, cement kiln, fertilizer gasification furnace, blast furnace, the hot blast stove, coking furnace, furnace, casting and casting steel brick, etc.
