Launching Gantries (Or called Segmental bridge erecting machine) are used for erecting erect the prestressed concrete girder; for Balance Cantilever Construction Method or Span by Span Method. It adopts two-span type;the bearing part of main frame uses box girder structure with good twist resistance; the front and rear guiding girder adopt truss girder structure with light weight. Launching Gantry can be designed to meet the site requirements.
1.This launching gantry's mainly girder use the superimposed box girder structure, with high stiffness, light weight.
2.The main structure uses the symmetrical design.
3.This machine can do two-way construction and can adapt to the feeding beams from under bridge or rear place, strong adaptability .
4.This machine has the advantage of simply structure and convenient operation.
5. Motorized mechanisms are used for continuous self launching, electric winches with motorized travelling wagons are use for segment lifting and transporting, Spreader Beam with 360° on plane rotating, vertical tilting and angle adjustment functions are provided.
